I was seen by a nursing assistant initially and after she completed her evaluation, she left the room saying the doctor would see me in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes and no one updated me as to when I'd see the doctor, so I walked out and went to the front reception desk. There, they said the doctor was now looking for me. I really feel I should have been updated about why the doctor was delayed for 20 minutes.

Very helpful and personal.

The nurse helped me with my eyedrops. I had cataract surgery , just two days before my appointment.
