This was my first time seeing this person. Very good job.

She was friendly and showed me how much she took out of my ear. Very nice.

The PA who helped me knew the problem and solved it. She was awesome.

My only complaint is that I was told to arrrive 15 minutes before my appointment but when I did, the door was locked and there was a note saying I should take a seat in the hallway because they were eating lunch. I understand you wanting to have patients arrive on time, but it makes us feel as though your time is more important than ours when there is no one there to greet us when we arrive. Thank you for considering my opinion.

Pleasant office staff. The PA is a very delightful young woman & was happy to have her take care of me for the second time. Have an appointment for next year!
