Nethaum Mizyed, unlike other providers I have seen to deal with bilateral cerumen impaction, did not take a judgmental position. They cleaned and assessed my ears without any guilt attached for letting it get this way. They were extremely professional and only stopped when the equipment needed to be cleaned out or when I was momentarily uncomfortable. I was very glad to find a caregiver who was this professional and efficacious.
It was a wonderful experience with such an amazing PS.

First time I saw her so she didn't know a lot of my medical history. She took care of th ear wax problem in about 10 minutes. Very effective.
