The delays getting into the office are terrible. An 8:30am appointment is lucky to be in the waiting room in doctor,s area in 45min.-an hour. then it is a nother 15-20 minute wait until doctor enters the room. Then, doctor,s time is yours. At least, he doesn,t make one feel rushed.
Dr Singh was very vague. He asked me if I had a temp but didn't take my temp at all. I had to ask for my covid results. He told me to let it run its course and drink plenty fluids. He did not give me any prescriptions. He seemed to be not interested in my illness. I will not see this doctor again. The nurse however was really nurse and attentive to my needs
Schedule an appointment a week before I came. Took me 3 hours to be seen to be dealt with in 10 mins. In which several workers there told me the reason it was so late is because the doctor doesn't attend his patients in a reasonable time and that no other doctor had a wait list that took that long.
Wait time too long too many patients in waiting area for distance safety
My appt. was scheduled for 11:00am. I wasn't seen about 12:40pm. That's way too long to wait to be seen. I was very displeased. Also his nurse was uncaring and didn't respond to my questions about the return to work notice and I was not given an after visit summary at the time I left. I had to call and ask for it. It showed steps to follow for a virtual visit, what's that about.
Dr. Singh is an awesome provider. I am already starting to feel much better. He is definitely worth the 1.5 he drive
I'm very pleased with the care I received
I have been seeing dr Singh for years but this past year or so he has been way behind schedule. I had to reschedule my appointment several times because of over 2 21/2 hour wait times. Other people were complaining as well. I heard someone that came in had the same time slot I did. So they are double booking. I had sent several messages through live well and never heard back. I'm very disappointed at this point. How can the dr do his job well when he is so overbooked. I like dr Singh but I feel the advocate management at this office needs help. I was there this morning for blood work and i heard two ladies complaining , not about the dr's but the way things are run.
I had a 7am appt. Got there at 6:40 and the doors were locked until 6:55. By the time I checked in, it was 7:05. I sat in the waiting room until 7:44, before I was shown into an exam room. Doctor showed up about 5 minutes later, so at least that wasn't a long wait. 7am is the first appointment so having to wait almost an hour is ridiculous.
The wait time is ridiculous and unethical. It needs to change immediately & ran efficiently with less wait times for patients & care givers. We are searching for another doctor's office due to wait time of 3 hours!!!!
