That In The End "ALL IS WELL"
I had an early morning appointment and was not seen for 2 hours. In take staff was informing patients the doctor was running late. I have seen this provider 3 time and each time it has been a 2 hour wait... On the previous visits, intake staff informed patients the doctor was running late.. I've scheduled an evening, an afternoon and morning appointments and get the same information, "doctor in running an hour to an hour in a half behind. This shows no consideration of one's time. Are we over booked and if so, why? While sitting in the waiting room a patient came in and asked about the same provider and was told doctor was running late. Patient informed the entire waiting room that he waited 2 hours the previous night and did see the doctor so he left only to return the next morning and get the same information, "doctor in running late". This should not be the norm and the scheduling practice needs to be addressed.
Good visit. The doctor and staff were very helpful.
I like Dr Singh as my doctor but it seems like every time I see him I have to wait about an hour or more from my appointment time until I see him. Nobody from the office gives you any feedback about whether he is running on time or if late approximately how long the wait will be
I think they overbook his appointments. He has been my Physician for over 25 years. Since Advocate has merged with Aurora Health it's almost impossible to call his office and talk to his nurse or medical assistant. I think service was better before they merged with with Aurora Health and appointments were more on time.
The wait time at this location is horrible.

Dr singh is a good Doctor and he answed my questions and put my Health on a good start thank you for caring.
Dr Singh is a caring and brilliant physician. Advocate does him and his patients a disservice by scheduling too many patients and patients having to wait 3 hours (while sick) to see him. Oh wait now I can pay even more to put myself ahead of others -that is ridiculous. It's amazing that other offices do not have this scheduling issue.
