Just thought when I was getting a blood draw....room seemed messy and disorganized. It was first time I got blood from this area. Usually, nurse did in doctor's examine area.

Short wait time. Doctor took time to answer all my questions & concerns

The experience was very calm and positive, from the assistant, to the person taking blood, to the doctor; all were very professional and friendly. I never felt rushed or unheard. The atmosphere in that facility is very low-key and comforting.
