It's very frustrating that I had been trying to contact the office for over a month and was receiving no reply's. I had left numerous messages with the answering service, and the only call back I received from a nurse was that the RX I needed refilled would be done by end of day. I also sent a message in the app to get no response. It's frustrating I had to take time out of my work day once my health decreased to an intolerable level due to allergies, to see a doctor in person (this all could have minimally been done virtually) to discuss all the tests my OB/GYN already ran in order to get an RX refilled. It feels this office is becoming a corporate, cold place that cares more about rotating people in and out of the door to bill insurance than the person. I've had Advocate for 20+ years and I'm starting to understand why doctors are constantly leaving the network.
