My experience with the staff and doctor were good. It's getting an appointment with Advocate when you need it that's the frustrating part.

The office and stuff is great for annual visits. However, when talking about sick visits there is still some things that need improvement. SMS communication could be expanded to more questions from a provider that would eliminate potential useless visits.
