My prescription was not renewed until I had to call about it 5 days later. I also did not have a referral sent in a timely manner and had to call about it the day before my visit to the specialist. This has nothing to do with the quality of care I received.

Dr. Abraham was knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. It's rare to find a doctor who doesn't seem rushed . The phlebotomist who took my blood was excellent in providing a painless procedure and was lovely to talk with.

Dr Abraham is knowledgeable and thus conveys things to you that are easily understood. Answers my questions completely . He gives you his ideas of research that he has read about with some of my irritable bowel issues. I really like that in a primary care physician . He also has a calming and gentle manner . This , thus makes me more comfortable.

We were not seen in a timely manner. This office has always seen patient late. The nurse was not sensitive to patient's needs. My mother is disabled. She has dementia and body weakness. The nurse did not ensure that the scale was working properly before having my mother get on it. My mother had to gwt off the scale and back on again. This was very difficult for all of us. The nurse didn't pay attention to what we are telling her or what we were asking her. Dr. Abraham was very sensitive and informative. His nurse needs more training on servicing all types of patients, especially those with special needs.
