The appointment with the doctor and nurse was great. The person behind the front counter could be more friendly. I was greeted with, "Can I help you?". No good morning or how are you.
I have been going to Dr. D for 6 years & I have found him & his staff to be very good ‡& professional.

I was told to get a urine test but no other info. No one told me where to go, or what to do about this.

Dr was a little late due to surgery. Staff kept me updated and he was very apologetic when he came in and stated thank you for waiting for him. I was given a choice of waiting or rescheduling.
