This is merely an aside to your service. I am NOT computer literate and thus have extreme difficulty in reacting to new "gimmicks" your computer people provide. The most recent is a request for a code number when attempting to get into your LiveWell service. This has brought me GREAT frustration and, what's worse, doesn't enhance the service. In short, please stop entering new gimmicks.

Took less time seeing the doctor than getting prescription from Walgreens

I think Dr. Divakaruni is a fine doc!
