On time, friendly, knowledgeable
Our family loves Dr. Lebak. He even mentioned my son during the visit and asked about the rest of our family. We appreciate that he has conversations with our children and wants to hear from them instead of going through us. He makes them feel cared for. The best.
The provider did not rush through my appointment and listen to what I had to say.

It would be appreciated if before having a procedure done that the information about the testing was reviewed. With having an overview the testing would then still be able to be performed.
Was first appointment of the day and wasn't taken back until 30 minutes after appointment time. I was 10 minutes early to set time.

This was my first initial appointment with this provider. Everyone there was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. LEBAK listened to my concerns and issues and gave me more information on how to handle and try to prevent outbreaks. I would highly recommend him.
