Dr Lebak and his nurses are the best. Dr. Lebak is an excellent physician, extremely knowledgable and empathetic and he treats me as an intelligent rational human being as he is posing options to me for my treatment. Love his manner with patients.
Dr. Lebak is an exceptional provider. He never makes you feel rushed and is very proactive in making sure you know how to contact him if problems arise.

I have been with Dr. Lebak for many years. He has always been understanding, listens to my concerns and explains things very well. He always is concerned about my health. I am sorry to say I am going to get another dr. for my allergies as it has become difficult for me to travel to Burlington to see him. I will miss him as I think he is a very good doctor.
Felt like my concerns were written off. Even though this is the second time I've seen this provider in three years with the same symptoms, I was told "you have kids, it's coming up on flu season" like that justifies multiple yearly infections.

I wish the phone system didn't go though a call center. Dr. Lebak is always willing to help me or talk to me but the call center approach slows the process down.
Dr. Lebak is an amazing listener and communicator. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I felt confident leaving his office that we were going to get to the bottom on my concerns. So fortunate to have him as my doctor.
When I arrived at the office no one was at the front desk to check me in. I had to wait 15 minutes because all 3 of them went to lunch at the same time! I don't understand why they all 3 went at the same time and left no one up front when they knew they had patients. Two other people had come in after me and waited as well. I feel that is something that definitely needs to be addressed.
