Dr. Roman is rather new to me, but I'm really liking her style, personally, care and most of all, knowledge. I'm hoping we will have a very long doctor-patient relationship for many years to come.

The doctor is a nice person and easy to speak with. She is very knowledgeable and readily shared pertinent medical facts regarding meds I was taking.

Emergent issue was addressed quickly after initial contact with office via phone. Provider called back within 10 minutes of message relayed from nurse, and expedited scheduling of office visit for next business day, when scheduler had said no appointments were available for weeks. Provider sent a script for interim relief to pharmacy pending physical appointment. LiveWell app was not helpful in setting this up. Very confusing. Could not send message directly to provider without setting up an appointment, which was not available per the app. Had to call the office directly. Used to be able to message provider directly.
Considering how doctors have to provide care these days, I believe Dr. Roman and her nurse were thorough and professional.
Dr Roman is sweet and caring. She took plenty of time to discuss my daughters needs. She was calm and thorough. Would definitely recommend to others.
I haven't seen a Doctor yet but I hear Gd things about the Clinic my wife said Good things about the care She Recieves there
