Dr. Roman and her nurse are great.
An unfortunate inability to keep appointments has caused me to change doctors a number of times. Doctor Roman keeps her appointments.
I understand doctors have to take notes while seeing the patients. However eye contact as I explained why I was there would have shown the provider cared about why I was there; especially because it was the first time I met with her.
They were very accommodating, because I was early for my apptmt.
The three people I dealt with were all friendly and professional. 1. The receptionist guided me through the process. 2. The nurse/assistant was helpful with questions and inputting all required information. 3. The doctor was professional and complete.

Dr Roman is a great listener and takes the time to present her assessment in a manner that is easily understood. Dr Roman has stepped in to take care of me after two of my previous doctors retired and I couldn't be happier to have chosen her. Already, I love her as my doc!
