Dr Church is a lovely and knowledgeable Doctor who is kind and caring. This was my second time seeing her. I am so glad she moved her office.

Dr. and staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I was called into the office quickly, the nurse was great taking my vital information, the doctor was lovely and thoughtful. I was out of the office and on my way timely with a complete checkup!

The doctor was pretty vague and I asked questions and she was like pushing me off and saying she had other patients she had to see she didn't explain anything to me. I don't even know what's going on with me 100%. She just said some negative stuff, so I'm not pleased with the doctor.
Dr. Church was very kind as she explained and performed procedures. She answered my questions succinctly, and was able to make a future appointment for me to get a Dexa-scan at another Advocate facility.
