The room was cold. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in ages and I was expected to take my shoes off and stand on it. The wait was too long and she didn't provide an explanation or some type of what she thinks might be going on. I asked so many questions and was just given the answer of NO. The same questions were asked by the CNA and the doctor. I was relaying the same information twice. Then the doctor staying behind the computer the majority of the time.
The receptionist on the second floor did not greet us, did not smile, did not introduce herself. She was very unprofessional and not happy to see me and my husband.
Dr. CHURCH Talk to me like I matter. She told me I had to relax and don't tense up. She made me feel comfortable and easy to talk with her about all health problems. I really like her

This provider was far too busy to listen. I felt rushed, over-talked, and she explained "me" to "me". The advise given wasn't helpful at.all. It was recommended to "fix" my issue, I should do MORE of it, which made no sense to me. Sadly, this was not a beneficial experience for me. I am currently seeking a new Gyne.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Other than having to wait for an hour sitting on a table without my clothes in the exam room while the doctor had to be in a meeting, it was a good experience with a doctor I was meeting for the first time.
