The lab was horrible. I was trying to keep my medical papers from flying off my lap and the girl yanked my arm into place. I have never been treated so roughly and didn't complain about her handling of me. I don't know if I will be back.

Dr. Hayes is very attentive and caring and it's hard to find that now a days so I would consider my self very blessed to have found a good provider.

From reception to check out every person was lovely!!!

Everything is done on a timely basis. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time before being called, if I'm on time. This is the second visit with Molly Hayes and I am comfortable with her.

Because they give me an annual check-up appointment and they put me with a nurse instead of my doctor and then they recommend that I have to see the doctor and I will have to return in 3 months again. Why double visit? To bill the insurance twice?
