I love my pcp provider she always have time for any question and will find an answer to the situation as well

Molly not only provided info, she also was helpful in explaining other support roles. She was attentive and friendly.

Dr Hayes has gone above and beyond to help me through difficult times.

The provider was great. I was told that there's a timeframe that advocate gives providers to see their patients. They are limited to 30minutes. What happens if the provider goes over that limit? I feel that it should not be stressed to the providers. Being more attentive is the key.

On the negative side, getting an appointment with my doctor or the NP was not possible after an emergency room visit..Advocate Aurora doesnit communicate well at all!!!! Terribile!!!!!
