Was sorry to see Dr. Siddiqui had moved his office to Naperville. It added another 1/2 hour to our drive. Will still continue to see him, just wish he was closer

This has nothing to do with this visit, but I am very disappointed that I can no longer leave a message for my doctor. I ask to be transferred to the doctored nurse but they will not transfer me. They want to know why. I say I want to leave a message. They want to know what the message is and will not transfer me. His person answering the phone is not a nurse and I do not feel comfortable telling them my health message. I never did get transferred to leave my message. They said just talk to your doctor at your next appointment. I want to give my doctor a heads up to make the upcoming appt smother and quicker. Please have those answering the phones transfer patients when requested.

Was not in a hurry to end visit.

Every staff member that I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. I never had to wait and wonder what was going on - all staff members gave clear, concise instructions in pleasant tone of voice
