As usual everything was better than expected. Thanks to all that help me stay healthy.

For me everything is perfect.

Actual time with doctor very short and he left the building right after. Also no one in office could tell us what Medicare would cover or do with ordering c pap supplies. I will still have to follow up again on new home care supply office this week.

Facility was clean, I understood everything that was happening and I underwood what the future expectations would be. Excellent experience. Thank you

Dr. Siddiqui covers my medical problems very well and takes the time to cover my charts.

He is a fine young doctor and when conversing with him, he sounds confident in his field of medicine. As a patient, that is a comforting.

This was my first visit to the new Advocate location on Aurora Avenue. It is a beautiful facility. The only challenge is getting back on to Aurora Avenue from the Advocate location.
