When I arrived at 7:00 to check in (which is the normal time for check in), the doors were locked and the lobby was dark. I had to drive to the front of the facility to ask a woman at primary care for assistance. She had to leave her desk and go t the opposite end of the facility to assist me. It was then 7:13 by the time the lights were on, and by the way, the door was still locked. When I finally entered, the receptionist said nothing and just handed me a piece of paper for my doctor's perusal. No apologies. This is very poor patient relations.

During my visit I felt as if he rushed me out of the office and he did not listen to my recent health concerns. He told me to follow up with my primary physician and as a specialist I think he should have took more time to assist in ruling out some of my symptoms and concerns. He as a physician could have also ordered more lab work while I was there in his office, but instead he told me to go see my primary physician. It just didn't make sense considering my medical history. I will be looking for another endocrinologist.
