When I walked through the door, everybody whom I had an interaction with was very friendly and professional and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

It takes too long to get an appointment. The process is not seamless. There is no way to speak directly to the Care team. Too many messages and lots of phone tag. Calling back on unknown numbers. Centralize the call back number. Help patients set up tests for exams. Dr Kazi is great but lots of Red tape to see him.
