It was fine

The Provider and staff are excellent. However, Aurora's phone system to contact the Providers is very poor and not patient friendly. The people are friendly and know their subjects and procedures, but the system itself is terrible. I had one phone call that lasted 16+ minutes and I was never able to talk to the providers office.

Very personable and not scripted. I will recommend Dr. Zafarani to anyone.
