Dr. Zafarani is an excellent cardiologist who is knowledgeable, thorough and truly ares about his patients. Aurora is fortunate to have wonderful doctors like Dr. Zafarani. Since Aurora has merged with Advocate and Atrium - it is clear that that as an organization, Aurora no longer cares about the patients and customer service. There have been negative changes and experiences that I and others have had which has resulted in people leaving and going to Froedtert-Thedacare in the Fox Valley - and I expect you will continue to lose patients. You had a successful patient centered health system, and you've given the reins to some guy out east who plays in a band and plays at Summerfest. Good grief - what a nightmare.
