Michelle the NP was super lovely. I really appreciated how she included my partner in the conversation and made him feel a part of it. The MA (I didn't grab her name) was also warm and friendly as well. When we checked out, I really appreciated how the reg rep took a lot of time to make sure our appointments were set up correctly and she even called other offices to make sure they could provide what we needed when we get there- I'm sure it saved a future headache.

This last appointment was the best appointment I have had since getting pregnant. She was so supportive, informative, and helped ease any anxiety or stress I had about my pregnancy. Everyone there has been pleasant, but she really went above and beyond.

Michelle has been the best medical provider for me that I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns, you do not feel rushed, and you feel fully taken care of at the end of your appointment. I love Michelle Rick, NP. She is amazing and so knowledgable!!! I recommend her to all my girlfriends but unfortunately, many cannot get in because she is not taking new patients. She should be used as a reference, guide, and mentor to new NPs/MDs/DOs. Just puts everyone at ease and knows what she is doing! LOVE HER!!!!!!!
