Michelle Rick is a fantastic NP! She takes ample time with you, which demonstrates her level of caring for me as the patient. This also demonstrates she listens to everything I, as the patient, has to say. She is personal, relatable, and a genuine nice person. I would highly recommend her to any woman needing her type of care. If Michelle ever left the Aurora, I would follow her, even if it meant she were out-of-network, and a higher deductible.

Michelle is absolutely wonderful. I don't know how she can always remember little details about my life and then asks me about them when I see her next. She is truly caring and compassionate. If everyone in the medical field was more like her, the world would be a better place. Don't ever lose her!!

They were running so far behind that I almost ended up walking out of the appointment! The front desk, lady that checked me out and in had no personality, she didn't understand anything I was saying it was very hard to make appointments. She scheduled ones that didn't work for the time I wanted I felt very rushed.
