Can't say enough good things about Dr. Tschopp! Always gives her time, never feel rushed and always feel like I'm getting good up to date information!

I love my doctor. However I question the support the medical staff receives on the insurance side of caring for their patients. I know I am confused and unhappy with how referrals are handled with my insurance. My dr responds very quickly saying she has done the referral, but somehow her referral gets lost in the bowels of Aurora and doesn't make it to my insurance. My doctor has had to advocate for me internally at the clinic with other departments to process paperwork which I don't think is a good use of her time

Dr. Tschopp is an amazing doctor. She listens, knows my history and helps in any way that is needed. She always takes the extra step too and provides extra information to help In overall wellness.

devlop a electronic systen to notify patients of delays in office with a new time to see provider... senseless to waste my time sitting in an office lobby with sick people... my time is also valuable
