I like Dr Tschopp and she is the only reason I still come to this facility. I saw a live cockroach in the exam room. The carpeting is filthy and the furniture too.

Dr. Tschopp always takes time to listen and to explain what she thinks I should do.

Waited 35 minutes after my scheduled appt before she came into the room. My time is valuable too ! And the appt reminder always says to arrive 15 before my appt. What for?

It would be nice if ALL providers were as thorough, compassionate, ON TIME, and were not "on the clock" to get me out of the office before we were finished.

Dr. Tschopp is an excellent physician. I believe Aurora works her too hard and schedules too many patients in her schedule. Let's face it. I'm not dumb. The American medical system is broken when it comes to primary care. There are too few primary care doctors and too many patients.
