My experience was great! The facility was beautiful and better yet, no waiting for my appt! Michele made me feel very relaxed during my visit with her...she answered my questions and showed concern and interest for the procedure I had done. Kudos to all!

We were discussing a hernia. I was seeking her input on how best to handle it. She gave my a lot of good information, including the observation that I probably was misdiagnosed with the specific type of hernia I have. Now I know better the type of surgery needed. A big thanks to her!

Needed to go to Lab to get Stool Sample Kit...no directions on how to collect stool??? No directions on storage prior to turning it into lab. I was not provided with stick so used my own popsicle stick. NOT pleased by lack of direction from the lab.

Very impressed with the ease and openness of my NP. Very much appreciated my time with her.
