The only problem was the VERY cold exam room, ridiculous actually. I was told that the staff had contacted maintenance regarding this issue and they were told that nothing was wrong. After my visit I contacted someone in charge from administration (an RN) and discussed the issue with her. I hope it has been resolved.

She was patient. Had all the answers to my questions. And provided me with paperwork what I can eat and what may cause me pain or other health problems. She was wonderful.

From the receptionist, nurse and NP everyone was kind and helpful. They helped me with my prescription refill. Answered all my questions. I was nervous going into the appointment but felt comfortable coming out of my appointment. The lab tech was very friendly and helpful too.

Aurora staff, doctor and x ray were excellent! Great and personal care!
