Dr. Ross' office somehow manages to always bring me in on time or early and yet Dr. Ross is never rushed and spends plenty of time with me talking about what I have going on. He is always thoroughly prepared when he comes in the room and he has reviewed my appointments and test results from other doctors but to build rapport he always ask me how things are going first and lets me explain how the appointments went. He explains in detail every option and exactly what he thinks is going on. He looks into the issue by looking at multiple possible causes at once (to ensure we don't miss anything) and schedules whatever tests, specialty doctor appointments needed. He brings me the discharge papers himself and always explains them. Even if a care provider is supposed to call me because of an order put in, he still highlights their info on the contacts sheet and gives it to me so that I can follow-up if I want to. He is also very nice and friendly and makes the whole experience easy. He often even walks me up to the desk when I check out, lets them know what I need and says goodbye. If he's at the desk saying bye to another patient when I come in, he says hi and tells me he'll be with me in just a minute.
