When you try to make an appointment with another Dr. It takes 5 months to get in. That's ridiculous. I will find another ENT. Thankfully my insurance let's me do that.

Dr. Ross is an excellent physician who asks questions and listens to my answers well. He addressed my concerns and provides good feedback and recommendations. He has been my physician for a couple of years and I trust him.
