All well with Dr and staff. One complaint is in communications with office. Instead of being able to call and communicate directly to staff at office, calls are now being directed to an outside location. So we need to start with others who are not even in the office, then get call backs. Lost the personal touch.

Having to make an appointment for the labs after my appointment with the Dr was weird because the receptionist didn't do it correctly and I ended up having to speak up because the lab person never got the appointment for the labs.
