Upon follow-up to set up another appointment for a procedure related to my condition, I called Advocate. I was cut off on the first call and the second call took 45 minutes. My choice for a heart scan time was either 3 months or 5 months away with locations and time that weren't that convenient.

Have been a patient of Dr. Melnick for years and he knows me well and he listens. I highly recommend him and staff.
Getting a short term visit with Dr Melnick is near impossible. I was very sick with the flu and it was a major struggle to even get time with him. The Wisconsin call center is nothing but a obstacle to talk to the doctor's office. They also tried to send me to a immediate care or ER.

The new phone system is beyond AWFUL!!! The personal touch from Dr. Melnick's staff is no longer available. Access to information is supplied by people who know nothing about you!!! THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW IMPERSONAL THE PHONE ANSWERING HAS BECOME!!!!
