Dr. Melnick carefully answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Necessary procedures that I needed were explained and/or addressed by either Dr. Melnick or the staff in his office.

Dr. Melnick took the time to really understand my concerns and explain what he was thinking in regards to possible treatment. He even googled to assist in his explanation because I told him every time I try to Google what is wrong, I end up with Cancer. He was very helpful with this particular situation.

Advocate Medical is an excellent choice for medical care. Dr Melnick is caring, knowledgeable and professional. The nurses, front desk staff, and support staff is also helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Melnick for several years, he is a very good and professional doctor like I have never had before. I changed my address but I still go to Buffalo Grove to see Dr. Melnick and I want to stay with this doctor. I am treated very professionally and reliably, I have perfectly selected medications, I feel completely good even though I am not young.

Doctor and staff are courteous and willing to answer questions. The automated phone answering system is annoying but eventually gets me to a human. Prompt response of a medical person always happens when I have a question later. I appreciate their listening ability and not treating me like a number.
