I have seen Doctor Melnick for twenty years and don't plan on switching. My son also sees him.

My experience at the doctor's office was great. The pre-check did not sent me a text so I can verify and get into the website. Nor did it send me an email. It is very frustrating. I am trying to pre-check in now for another appointment and it has been 15 minutes with no code sent. I only have. a few minutes to do this today, so it will have to wait.
