It's so wonderful of Dr Brody to not only check the result of my hand surgery but also treat my tendonitis and invite me to come back if I need an injection for pain.

The provider was amazing. The wait time was awful! I waited 37 min in the exam room before he came in.
the entire staff at Dr. Brody's office was great. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Brody took the time to explain what I was dealing with and what could happen and what could be done to correct it should need be. A very positive experience.
It took me almost 3 months to actually see the MD at this location (was not given additional location info when initially scheduling appt-I should have asked-lesson learned). The staff and MD were very friendly and easy to talk to and not judgemental. I feel I received the appropriate treatment and information as to what to do if I do not feel there is any improvement in the next couple of weeks. All my questions were answered. Not necessarily a reflection of this provider/office, but I did call the ortho phone number a week before my appointment because I was experiencing a shooting pain my arm. I was told that I could not get in before my scheduled appointment, that I should call my primary or go to urgent care. Was not given an option to talk to anyone in the ortho area or given any other options to find out more about the pain and if it was an issue. It didn't seem very "caring" that I really had no option. Just talking to a nurse would have put my mind at ease (as they told me at my visit that the pain was not unusual and there was nothing to worry about). During my visit, I was told that if I have any unusual pain before my next scheduled visit that I should call and ask to talk to a nurse. Now I know. Overall, a positive experience. I hope our first attempt to treat my condition will be effective but I know what to expect and what options I have in the future.
