Good overall experience...other than the long wait.

Dr Brody and his staff were very caring and helpful. This was my first visit and they made me feel very comfortable and confident they would take care of me.

The provider and his staff were very efficient, kind and treated me with the time and information necessary to talk about the arthritis in my hands, and what the available options were. He was very friendly, professional, and yet approachable.

Waited 40 minutes to see physician after I accommodated to a time change in my appointment per his request. The appointment went well once MD arrived.

Staff and doctor were great. They knew my situation, explained why they decided about how to continue with my care and how to proceed if I had questions.
