First of all, everyone was so welcoming and cheerful. The physicians assistant was especially nice and very welcoming and explained the result of my x-ray in a way that I could easily understand. What I especially Iiked is that he offered to bring Dr. Iossi in so that I could meet him face to face and I really appreciated that! Dr. Iossi was friendly, very laid back, informative and thorough in his diagnosis of my foot problem, possible treatment and eventual solution. He in no way made me feel pressured to have surgery right away but did point out the procedure should I choose to have the surgery with 6 week recovery period. He gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision. I felt very comfortable and very confident that should I eventually proceed with surgery, HE would be my choice to do it. What a great asset to your team.
