Just that the provider spent no time at fup appointment with me at all was in and out in 2 minutes, just seemed irritated if I would ask ?s so I felt rushed and not comfortable asking ?s

Care providers were patient with my special needs, never making feel like I was taking too much time. They were more than willing to provide assistance. They were concerned for my comfort & well being.
I arrived at time instructed 945a. The wait was an hour. Several who arrived well after me were seen prior. Highly disconcerting. Radiologist was real cool! Explained and apologized for my frustration.

I arrived early for appt. Was told I'd need imaging first before seeing Dr. Had to wait over 1/2 hour for imaging! If I had been told this Before the appt., I could have gone for imaging prior to appt date. This made me late for another appt that afternoon.
I am very happy with the care Doctor Lossi and his MA provided for my family. Very kind and caring.
