You need to hire more Pulmonologists !!! Especially like Dr. Flatley !!! Having to wait 5 months to see a Pulmonologist is a bitter pill to swallow - pun intended...

Dr Flatley is a fabulous provider he is always on time and really listens to his patients. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family!!

Dr. Flatley was a good provider.

Just some consistency informing patient on scheduled appointment times. My LiveWell app told me my appointment was at 7:45. I received 2 texts to my phone, telling me my appointment was 9am! Hopefully in future , these lines of communication are consistent in appointment time!

Directions on which entrance when arriving would have been very helpful since I was his patient in Summit.

The check in receptionist was rude about communicating I should be 15 minutes in advance for future appointments.

Dr. Flatley is on top of things, I like his demeanor and listening skills.
