We LOVE Mike Jacobs!!

I feel like every time I go, I am listened to. I feel like all my concerns are addressed and are made to feel as if they're important. I don't hesitate to communicate what's going on and I'm easily able to open up to him. He's awesome!

Michael Jacobs, and staff, have great mannerisms and ability to treat my son, even though his autism and lack of communication ability can make it difficult.

I am always pleased with my visits, Dr. Jacobs seems to really care about his patients and the nurses and intake are pleasant as well.

My provider was very easy to talk to and he listened to what I had to say and I listen to what he had to say and everybody was very kind and caring

Mike is amazing!!

I was referred to the lab for a blood draw. After checking in at the lab I was instructed to sit and someone was to call me shortly. I waited about 30 minutes before giving up and checking out with the desk. I was told that I had been called. I stated that if I had been called I did not hear the call and no person came around the huge pillar to call my name. Being a huge echo chamber, the waiting area is not conducive to someone with a hearing impediment. The techs MUST not be so lazy. They MUST move the additional 3 feet to look around the huge pillar. Voices echo and are loud and when more than one is yelling, nothing can be understood. Now I have to return to the lab to get this blood draw Mike Jacobs wants me to have. I am not at all happy with how Aurora has set up this area.
