I called 3 times to get my blood work done before my appointment. Every time I called they said that it request was never put in by the person who answered the phone last. I finally said I would speak to the doctor on the day my appointment. I had to make two appointments instead of one.

The doctor was understanding and provided the help I needed.

It's nice to have Mike Jacobs back in the Kenosha clinic!
