For my first time with Dr jacobs, this by far has been my best experience with establishing a family dr. Listened and was attentive as well as making the atmosphere a peaceful experience.

Mike is simply awesome! He had questions for about my past history and was extremely thorough in his questions and examination. I have not had a better visit with a provider in over 10 years! He is simply the BEST.

This was my first visit to this office/physician's assistant. And I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there; nurses, PA's.. any assistants, the WHOLE staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable again and answer all my questions. We also put together a plan of action for me to try and get my health and mobility back in order
