NP Michael Jacobs and his team are by far the best care team I have ever experienced. He offers different solutions to issues and concerns I have. He knows my own goals and offers various ways to meet or exceed those goals. He motivates me to be try and live a better and healthier lifestyle. Furthermore, he and his team are profoundly professional, passionate, and caring to everyone I saw them interact with not just myself. Aurora really won the lottery with this team.
