Dr Mike Jacobs was very informative and encouraging at this trying time. He made me feel better about my health and the future of it. I currently have a lot of pain and limitations, he encouraged me that I will get thru it and it's a process. I knew this, but his positivity, and education helped me become more motivated and optimistic. The nurses and receptionists were all uplifting and positive. To be honest, I haven't really experienced this positive of an experience since covid. I understand, the medical experts are overwhelmed. My visit with Dr Mike Jacobs and his staff made me feel "normal" again. Thank you
