Mike saw me after I sustained an injury. He isn't my provider. My provider was on vacation and Mike saw me while my provider was unavailable.

The doctor was really good, and without caring about your language barrier, he still examines you in a professional manner.

aurora advocate asked for a pre pay without my insurance information. entered info on line. My office charge was Zero for visit covered by insurance. Aurora charged my bank 720.00. Why would you do this without all information? Why did it ask for a pre-pay? I should not have to pre-pay if wrong amount is being charged. Online would let me advance in process without pre-pay.

Our visit was very comfortable, we learned all the necessary information.

While I feel this PA-C is great at what he does. I feel that it's extremely important to focus on the patient as a whole and not just write down or focus on a patient's symptoms. It's about getting to the root cause. That way you don't miss something important. Also, being able as a patient to ask questions. Sometimes I feel like I'm not being heard.
