Great physician
He is a great doctor, but it was obvious that he was on a strict schedule. No time was allotted for a new patient to get to know the doctor. He kept talking over us when we were trying answer his questions. We appreciated his assistant who explained all the info we missed.
Dr Heder is an excellent Neurologist that truly cares. He is very thorough in treating me. I am extremely happy to have him as my Dr.!
This was my first visit with Dr Heder. Although getting an appointment was difficult (long time), the wait was worth it. He was very thorough and we scheduled several tests. Upon getting all of the test results, I look forward to netting with him at my follow up appointment.
This Physician was patient & takes time to listen & explain details.
Dr Heder and the staff were very nice in explaining things to me such as questions asking me to repeat back words he told me to remember at the end of the session. At this visit my meds were at 5mg, now being upped to 10 mg to help my memory to improve.
Excellent teceptionist. Very friendly. Kind, and sweet. Made me feel better with just her energy.
The physician, MA, nurse and receprionists were all very upbeat, happy, and really seemed to enjoy their work and work with me
I wish follow up visits would be available sooner especially with critical issues. Care givers great. MD is also good and seems to know what to try next.
I am going there for a second opinion for an Agent Orange related question. The VA seems to be putting me off on the subject.
