Much impressed with Dr. Heder. Very knowledgeable and informative. He really listened, observed and presented direction. Very insightful. Dr. Heder asked me questions about how I am and what I've been experiencing that no other doctor has. Dr. Heder provided information and explanations that no one else has. This was the appointment that I have been waiting for and needed. It took many months to get in as a new patient, but Dr. Heder was/is worth the wait. I have had numerous appointments and procedures with other specialists, (which I am not discounting at all and am grateful for) but I wish the sequence would have been flipped. Dr. Heder is the one who has given me hope to the who, what, where and what are we going to do about it. Laid out the plan of what we should do first then come back to circle up the wagons. In the meantime, I'm going ahead with my previously planned procedures to provide relief of my everyday discomfort, but I am so looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Heder. Thank you.
