Dr. Chen is easy to talk to and explains in technical and non technical terms the condition you are being treated for. She doesn't rush you, she wants you to leave her office informed. She wants you to make the best decision you can as a patient for a treatment plan. She always says " make sure you call me if you have additional questions."

Dr. Chen and her Medical Assistant were very professional, polite and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. I was very pleased with the care I received. There were a couple of questions I had afterwards, but that's only because I forgot to ask :)
