This is my first visit to Dr Chen's office. It was a pleasant experience meeting her and her staff.

I did not see this specialist for routine maintenance and preventive care rather a medical issue that has been handled in a mostly timely manner

Dr Chen and her staff are great. I was in and out even with having an office procedure. They are very friendly.

I was fortunate there was a cancellation so I could see the Urologist.

Dr Chen was very nice and helpful. She explained things about my problems and told me to follow up with her in 6 months and if any other issues arise to call her back. She was well informed on my previous visit with her even though it was approximately 4 years ago.

Very good experience ,very professional very knowledgeable the nurse was very professional and helpful, made my visit very comfortable

Dr Chen & her entire staff at the Franklin Aurora Clinic are excellent. All very kind, answer all questions, always in a good mood.
